    Regal, Sumptuous and Super Comfy, the 1919 chair with nibbles tray is 'the' relax chair. Back cushion is Edwardian styled deep pocketed and buttoned giving a luxury look. Bottom cushion is feather and foam, for comfort and to keep shape. Bottom cushions rests on pocketed springs to offer support. Curvacious back rest and arms give a plumpness which creates a comfortable yet dominant aesthetic.

    1919 takes its cue from model 128, which made its debut in Renzo Frau’s 1919 catalogue. Our version of this armchair, reproducing the big “ears” of the seatback and the large rounded arms with plissé finish, is even more stylish, and the book stand has been replaced with a tray. The design of the back is achieved by means of manual quilting, the structure is made of seasoned Beech. The seat has pocketd feather and foam to give comfort yet keeping shape, the seatback and arms fashioned by artisan craftsmen.
